Adem\u00e1s, un grupo operativo debe cumplir varios requisitos para ser representativo a nivel territorial, ambiental, social y econ\u00f3mico. Estos requisitos distintivos creemos que se cumplen en la propuesta de grupo operativo denominado CALIDAD Y DIFERENCIACI\u00d3N COMO CLAVES DE LA COMPETITIVIDAD VITIVIN\u00cdCOLA (QVALITAS).<\/p>\n<p>El car\u00e1cter innovador del grupo de trabajo se basa en la utilizaci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00edas de evaluaci\u00f3n productiva, social, econ\u00f3mica y ambiental para la elecci\u00f3n de propuestas de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de cultivo sostenible. Es decir, la evaluaci\u00f3n global de los sistemas productivos con la finalidad clara de promover la diferenciaci\u00f3n v\u00eda calidad. Se aplicar\u00e1n de un modo integrado m\u00e9todos e indicadores de sostenibilidad mediante el an\u00e1lisis socio-econ\u00f3mico, an\u00e1lisis financiero y an\u00e1lisis del ciclo de vida en la fase de producci\u00f3n de la uva y se establecer\u00e1n protocolos de evaluaci\u00f3n y control de la calidad de las uvas destinadas a los diferentes tipos de vinos.<\/p>\n<p>Este Grupo Operativo se circunscribe a la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia, con unas variedades concretas (Monastrell y Syrah) pero con una diversidad considerable de realidades clim\u00e1ticas y edafol\u00f3gicas que aseguren la variabilidad necesaria para poder trasladar los resultados a otros territorios. Tomamos la variedad monastrell, puesto que es la variedad m\u00e1s representativa de la regi\u00f3n, santo y se\u00f1a de la misma, que nos permite diferenciar nuestra viticultura y vinos de los de otras regiones vit\u00edcolas. Murcia es la regi\u00f3n con mayor superficie de esta variedad a nivel mundial, y los caldos obtenidos son reconocidos por su gran calidad. Cuenta con 5.200 asociados y 17 oficinas en la Regi\u00f3n. Est\u00e1 integrada a nivel nacional en la Coordinadora de Organizaciones de Agricultores y Ganaderos (COAG), siendo la primera organizaci\u00f3n agraria profesional de \u00e1mbito estatal que se constituy\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a (1977).<br \/>\nEs una organizaci\u00f3n plural, independiente y reivindicativa, y representada en todas las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas. Defiende los intereses del modelo social y profesional de agricultura, mayoritario en Espa\u00f1a, y da servicio a m\u00e1s de 150.000 agricultores y ganaderos a trav\u00e9s de sus 220 oficinas en todo el territorio nacional y una delegaci\u00f3n permanente en Bruselas.<br \/>\nEst\u00e1 reconocida por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentaci\u00f3n y Medio Ambiente como organizaci\u00f3n agraria m\u00e1s representativa y como tal forma parte del Comit\u00e9 Asesor Agrario, \u00f3rgano de interlocuci\u00f3n oficial con el Gobierno. Tiene 220 socios aportadores, con producciones en los TM de Bullas, Mula y Ceheg\u00edn. Es la mayor Bodega por volumen de producci\u00f3n de la DOP Bullas, representando casi el 50% de la misma.<br \/>\nCon una superficie de 700 ha, el 80% de la variedad Monastrell en secano y formaci\u00f3n en vaso, tan solo 60 ha en regad\u00edo con formaci\u00f3n en espaldera. Tambi\u00e9n se han ido introduciendo desde hace unos a\u00f1os variedades for\u00e1neas como Syrah, Cabernet, Garnacha, Tempranillo en tintas, y Macabeo en blancas. Dos bodegas referente en elaboraci\u00f3n de vinos desde 1999, con notable renombre dentro de la DOP Jumilla y el Levante espa\u00f1ol. La superficie de vi\u00f1edo propia y en arrendamiento es de 94,5 ha, de las cuales 88,5 ha se destinan a uva para la DOP Jumilla, 6 ha a vino de mesa.<br \/>\nCuenta con proveedores de uva externos a la bodega. El 50% de las uvas elaboradas est\u00e1n certificadas en Agricultura ecol\u00f3gica. La producci\u00f3n de vino media es de 600.000 litros, de los cuales el 80% aproximadamente est\u00e1n acogidos a la DOP Jumilla. El 90% de la producci\u00f3n se vende como embotellado. La cantidad exportada representa un 65% de la producci\u00f3n.
